The Site’s Limited Role

This is a private reference website, not a sheriff, jail, court, corrections office, parole authority, or records custodian. We do not store official inmate, release, arrest, supervision, or court records. We cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, order or carry out a release, alter an official record, file a request with an agency, or submit papers in a Citrus County case.

Pages point visitors toward resources maintained by CoreCivic, the Citrus County Clerk, the Sheriff’s Office, the Florida Department of Corrections, VINE, and federal agencies. Some features connect users to outside research providers. Official Florida public-record access remains with the proper custodian under Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, court-access rules, and applicable exemptions.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site in a lawful way that respects other people, agency systems, and the site’s operation. By continuing, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site or its information to violate any local, Florida, or federal law.
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
• Make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated eligibility decisions from site content.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Citrus County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide FCRA screening services through this site. You agree not to use site content or linked search results for any purpose governed by the FCRA, including:

• Decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, or continued employment.
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, leases, or occupancy decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, debt decisions, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility when consumer-report rules apply.
• Any other decision or transaction regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to Citrus County release-record resources, Sheriff and CoreCivic pages, Florida corrections systems, federal locators, courts, legal-aid information, or outside search tools. A link is supplied for convenience and does not endorse the destination. We do not control an outside site’s content, results, data practices, pricing, security, or availability. Review that provider’s terms and privacy notice before submitting information or paying a charge.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its text, links, and available features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that:

• Any item is accurate, complete, current, or suited to a particular need.
• The site will be uninterrupted or available at every time or location.
• Pages, code, links, or systems will be free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
• A partner search will find every relevant person, record, agency event, or result.

Custody status, release events, court dockets, agency contacts, and public interfaces can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, CoreCivic, the Citrus County Clerk, FDC, or any other public office.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Citrus County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to access, or reliance on the site. This limit includes losses tied to omitted or outdated information, outside services, interruptions, or a visitor’s use of search results.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Citrus County Released Inmates, along with its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers, from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights. This obligation includes reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs where the law permits them.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a page says otherwise, the original text, graphics, logos, layout elements, and code on Citrus County Released Inmates belong to the site or its content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
